G. Cabell Williams III

Mr. Williams co-founded Williams & Gallagher LLC in 2004. Williams & Gallagher is a private equity firm focused on small market LBO investment opportunities. The firm invests its own capital in leveraged buyouts and in select situations advises owners and managers pursuing growth and exit strategies. In 2004 Cabell Williams concluded a 23 year career at Allied Capital Corporation (NYSE:ALD), a $3 billion business development corporation based in Washington, DC. While at Allied, Mr. Williams held a variety of positions including President, COO and then Managing Director following Allied’s merger with its affiliates in 1998. From 1991 to 2004, Mr. Williams either led or co-managed the firm’s Private Equity Group. For 15 years, Mr. Williams served on Allied’s Investment Committee where he was responsible for reviewing and approving all of the firms investments. Over his 23 years at Allied Mr. Williams served on the board of directors of various public and private companies. Today he is active as a Director of GSC Investment Corp.(NYSE:GNV) and several non-profit corporations. Mr. Williams attended Rollins College where he received a BS in Business Administration.
Susan K. Gallagher

Ms. Gallagher co-founded Williams & Gallagher LLC, a private equity firm focused on small-scale LBO investments, in 2004. The firm invests its own capital in buyouts and venture investments. In select situations W&G advises owners and managers pursuing growth and exit strategies. Prior to founding W&G, Ms Gallagher was at Thayer Capital Partners, a Washington DC based middle-market buyout firm, where she was a Partner and a member of the Investment Committee. Thayer raised over $1.2 billion and invested in 18 growing companies during her tenure there. From 1992 to 1996 Ms. Gallagher was a Sr. Vice President at Allied Capital Corporation where she built a very successful portfolio of mezzanine investments in middle market growth companies and buyouts. In 1986 Ms. Gallagher began her career as a credit policy analyst and a commercial loan officer for Chase Manhattan, now JPMorgan Chase, in New York. Ms Gallagher has served as a board member for various private companies where she was an investor and for several charitable organizations. She is currently serving on the board of Molecular Transfer, Inc. and TelStar Hosted Services, Inc. Ms. Gallagher received her Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College.
Ralph Peluso
COO/CFO, Treasurer
Ralph Peluso co-led the acquisition of Telstar Hosted Services, Inc. in 2009. Ralph is a seasoned business professional with special expertise in high-growth ventures primarily in the technology and telecommunications industries. Ralph is also a co-founder of D Partners and has recently led the turn-around and sale of two Washington, DC area technology companies. Serving in C level positions he has attained successful outcomes in both high growth and troubled situations and for both publicly held and private companies. He currently serves (or has served) on the board of WideArea Systems, WDI Wireless, STOX.com, Nationwide Credit & Collections, Notre Dame Academy and NVJCYO. Ralph is a 20 year veteran of MCI. Ralph earned an MBA in Finance from Bernard Baruch College and a BS in Accounting from the City University of New York.
Michael D. Bluestein
Director
Mr. Bluestein founded Grindstone Partners LLC in 2009 as a private equity and financial advisory firm. He previously was a founding partner at Oakcrest Capital Partners and a member of the general partnership of Winston Partners, both lower middle market private equity firms. Mr. Bluestein is an experienced investor with an excellent ten year track record of success in private equity and an additional ten years of experience working in the capital markets at PaineWebber, First Union and SunTrust Bank. Mr. Bluestein has served on six portfolio company boards as a Director and Chairman and advised several others as a Board Observer. He currently is a director of TelStar Hosted and Fulcrum IT Services. His sectors of experience include software as a service, telecommunications, healthcare services, building products, niche manufacturing, outsourced business services, consumer products and Federal IT services. Mr. Bluestein received a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Virginia and earned an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
James P. Dunn

James P. Dunn led the acquisition of Telstar Hosted Services, Inc. in 2009. Jim has spent over 30 years in the information and telecommunications industries in executive management roles. Prior to joining TelStar Hosted, Jim was a founding member and managing partner for D Partners, a boutique consulting firm focused on transforming tough business situations into profitable business ventures in the High Tech, Financial, BPO and Customer Care industries. Jim has operated as executive management for publicly and privately held companies like GE ITS, SITEL, Stream International, Access Graphics, Oppenheimer Funds, and Kemper. Jim serves (or has served) on various boards including Capstone Strategic, Remote Power, and CLBL. Jim holds a BSBA and an MBA from the University of Denver.
