as a leader in the call-center industry today in North America.

We’re very excited to welcome Vocalcom here today. TelStar Hosted has been looking for quite some time for a world leader to be part of our service offering. We’re veterans of the call-center experience, and we have exacting clients who are looking for a product and a service that’s going to carry them into the future, and we’ve been able to find Vocalcom, who is very excited to enter the North American marketplace. They’ll be moving their corporate headquarters here to Denver, and we’ll be marrying their product with our people and our process so we create this very reliable product for the marketplace.
Steve: Jim, can you tell me a little bit about the TelStar Hosted story?
James: Thank you for asking. As you know, about three years ago we put together a team of very exclusive investors in the D.C. area, and we’ve put together an investment thesis around call center from the cloud. About a year and a half ago we made a very big investment in this, and we’ve put together what I think is one of the best call-center team in North America, and we’ve worked out all our processes We already have a very strong product line, and now we’ve been able to add Vocalcom as one of our flagship products here. We’re excited to be part of this industry. Gartner estimates that this industry is growing at 30 percent annually, and we have a flood of clients that are true call-center people that are looking for solutions in this marketplace. They’re looking for reliability. They’re looking for a strong inbound platform. They’re looking for a strong outbound platform. They’re looking for a multimedia approach to call center, all strong features that are included in the Vocalcom product today.
