We’re very excited to invite Steve Bederman to join us as North American CEO for Vocalcom. Vocalcom and TelStar are here to announce a wonderful new partnership in delivering that state-of-the-art call-center services to those exacting clients who’re looking for call center from the cloud.
TelStar Hosted has been looking for quite some time for a world leader to be part of our service offering. We’re veterans of the call-center experience, and we have exacting clients who are looking for a product and a service that’s going to carry them into the future, and we’ve been able to find Vocalcom, who is very excited to enter the North American marketplace. They’ll be moving their corporate headquarters here to Denver, and we’ll be marrying their product with our people and our process so that we create this very reliable product for the marketplace. Steve, it’s a pleasure to welcome you here today.

Vocalcom is recognized as one of the leading technology innovators in the world today, specifically for call-center technology. As well, they have just taken in an incredibly important investment that they intend to use for, frankly, massive growth throughout the world. That growth is centered in North America in terms of the possibilities of growth, the apparent market here, and the reason that this particular market is lacking– it’s lacking in certain areas of innovative technology with dependability as we move into the SaaS, as it’s called, or the hosted world. Within that regard we are combining our efforts with certain companies that we feel are foundation pillars of their community, that being TelStar Hosted.
James: We’re very excited to announce our partnership in the cloud. We’re marrying Vocalcom SA’s best-of-breed global call center as a service with TelStar’s best practice and great people.
