Dunn, CEO, TelStar Hosted Services, Inc.: I have the fortunate experience to introduce Steve Bederman, who’s the CEO of Vocalcom, a global leader in the call-center space today, we’re going to work together to create that wonderful cloud experience for those clients who are looking for call center from the cloud. Steve?

Steve Bederman, CEO, North America, Vocalcom: Well Thanks for your welcome, Jim. As many of you know, I’m a veteran of the call-center industry in North America, in fact, in the world. I’ve spent many years learning what call centers want and how they perform. We recognize now at Vocalcom that the need is for a next-generation hosted offering. We did a deep due diligence in that regard and we found a wonderful company with you at TelStar Hosted, Jim. The reason that we chose you, and I assume the same reason you chose us, is because we are best of breed in what we do, so the combination of two wonderful operations combined together will put us into a market and into a world offering that no one– that is unprecedented in the world.

James: Steve, why did you join Vocalcom?

Steve: Well, thanks for asking. It’s an interesting question.

I joined Vocalcom about a year ago, because they had a plan to have strong growth, exponential growth in the North American market, a wonderful match was made between us, and at the same time, then, I needed to take us to the next level and find the right partner, and we did an incredible job of due diligence with you to find you that we could match the wonderful, global, leading software that we have. In fact, we have 17 offices worldwide. We’re in 41 countries. Everyone knows who Vocalcom is, and at the same time we needed to join with the wonderful company that TelStar Hosted is so that we can bring together the best-of-breed offering for the SaaS, the hosted market, into the future.

At Vocalcom, we recognize that the world is moving to hosted, to SaaS, and with that in mind and with Gartner’s support, Gartner has said there’s over $2.3 billion dollars of work coming to the industry over the next couple years.
